We start with a little bit of yoga and movement to prepare us for deep relaxation, and follow with a guided reiki healing experience to unblock and tap into our inner magic, harmony, and bliss.

At the end of class we’ll each draw an oracle card for inspiration and intuitive expansion. And finally, we will close out our session with an optional discussion and energy check-in.
