Family Connections, is powerful exhibition is the result of a year-long collaboration between the students of Family Initiative School and professional artist and Artsemble Underground co-founder Brian Weaver. Designed to celebrate creativity, identity, and community, the show vividly demonstrates what happens when professional art practice meets the raw imagination and honesty of young minds.

All of the young artists featured in this show are on the autism spectrum. Through their work, they show the world not only their individual perspectives, but also their ability to collaborate, imagine, and build together. This exhibit is a testament to the depth of talent and voice within the neurodiverse community—and how, with the right support, students can thrive far beyond traditional expectations.
